ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates
ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates operates three offices serving El Paso, Texas and Southern New Mexico, one in Las Cruces, New Mexico and three offices in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area under the name Pargin Realty ERA. The company consists of over 150 agents and a support staff of over 20 people.

Pargin Realty ERA
The company was opened in 1989 as a small independent company named Sellers, Buyers & Associates by Sonja Van Nortwick and a partner. In 2002, the company was purchased in whole by the Van Nortwick family. Douglas Van Nortwick took over running the operation and the company grew into a formidable, regional company. In March 2003, Douglas teamed the company up with ERA, becoming a national franchise for the first time and in October 2003 acquired Pargin Realty, Inc. of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The company in Albuquerque was renamed Pargin Realty ERA and became part of the ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates network.

NE Albuquerque
Pargin Realty ERA has similar roots to ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates, also an award winning member of Cartus Broker Network. “It was a perfect match,” stated Douglas Van Nortwick when questioned about the move. John Van Nortwick IV, Douglas’ brother manages the operations with Douglas and the company has grown in the Albuquerque market at a rapid pace since his arrival.

NW Albuquerque
The two companies combined now make up ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates, but it won’t be long before they grow again. John Van Nortwick commented, “There are many markets open to ERA in New Mexico and west Texas. We are looking at all of them as areas of possible growth.” Under the Van Nortwick’s management, the company has expanded the West Albuquerque office by 100%. Now located at 11200 Corrales Rd., NW, the office occupies over 5000 square feet. Similar plans for improvement are in store for the East Albuquerque office, located at 3530 Wyoming, NE.

NE El Paso
In El Paso, the company has recently opened its Northeast location, a 1000 square foot office at 4601 Hondo Pass Suite D, to serve the soldiers at Ft. Bliss Army base and the growth being experienced in Northeast El Paso. It began operations in May 2005.

East El Paso
East El Paso is growing as well. The office at 10630 Montwood is currently expanding and taking over the space next door in the strip center. This is the second time this office has expanded since January 2004 and now has the ability to office nearly 25 agents.

West El Paso
The third office in El Paso is located at 780 N Resler. It is the newest of the seven offices having opened in March of 2007. It also serves as the corporate offices for El Paso Texas and Southern New Mexico.

Las Cruces New Mexico
The Las Cruces New Mexico office was opened in Jan 2007 and gives the company the ability to serve one of the hoteest markets in New Mexico.

Community involvement is an important factor for both locations, whether the annual Run for the Zoo in Albuquerque, a tailgate party prior to the sponsorship of a UTEP football game, or a fund raiser for MDA (the national charity of ERA), the team always pulls together for a worthy cause.
