As the owner of ERA Sellers, Buyers & Associates, I can relate to the challenges of moves for the Military Family. As the young son of a career Marine aviator during the Viet Nam war, I witnessed all of the problems that can be experienced by a modern military family during a PCS move. Last minute change of orders; unexpected TAD/TDY assignments; prolonged family separations; and the absence of one parent during a move were all part of my childhood.
