I’ve worked directly with multiple banks and asset management companies, managing everything from occupancy verification to repairs, maintenance, listing, and bi-weekly inspections—all the way through closing. In fact, I hold up to 85% market share in REO properties in our El Paso and Southern New Mexico markets.
